In my Holistic Wellness offerings, I provide a unique blend of traditional and innovative practices designed to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
My training and approach are rooted in various styles of yoga, including Kundalini, Hatha, Yin/Restorative, and of course, Breathwork, each chosen for its ability to promote balance, relaxation, and healing.
Combining these elements, I have created the Slow Flow Grief Release Yoga—a specialized practice designed to gently guide you through releasing grief and finding inner peace. This method offers a compassionate space to process emotions, cultivate mindfulness, and restore your sense of well-being.
This is not your typical studio yoga flow, it is a unique, gentle but powerful practice utilizing breathwork, postures, mudras, and mantras to experience our true inner power. Sessions are open to all experience levels, anyone who wants to level up the clarity in the mind, and strengthen their ability to adjust to the ebbs and flows of times we are living in.
Sessions end with a sound bath of crystal singing bowls.
