As a Certified Thanatologist, I support individuals and families facing serious illness, life-limiting diagnoses, end-of-life concerns, grief, and loss. Drawing on evidence-based education and gentle, integrative practices such as guided breathing, body awareness, mindful movement, and reflective conversation, I offer compassionate end-of-life planning and support through the many emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges that accompany illness, caregiving, dying, and bereavement. This whole-person approach fosters a sense of safety and steadiness, enabling individuals to navigate difficult seasons of grief with compassion, resilience, and hope.
With over a decade of experience in end-of-life care, grief support, trauma-informed care, and bereavement services, I walk alongside individuals and families from the time of diagnosis through caregiving, end-of-life planning, and life after loss. I also support those experiencing various forms of grief, including relationship endings, divorce, pregnancy and infant loss, major life transitions, and significant changes that alter our journey through the world.
My role is to provide a compassionate presence, practical guidance, and heartfelt support as clients navigate their unique journeys with dignity, meaning, and hope.
