for Individuals, Families and Workplaces

As a Certified Thanatologist, I support individuals and families facing serious illness, life-limiting diagnoses, end-of-life concerns, grief, and loss. Drawing on evidence-based education and gentle, integrative practices such as guided breathing, body awareness, mindful movement, and reflective conversation, I offer compassionate support through the many emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges that can accompany illness, caregiving, dying, and bereavement. This whole-person approach helps create a sense of safety and steadiness, allowing individuals to navigate difficult seasons with compassion, resilience, and hope.
With over a decade of experience in end-of-life care, grief support, trauma-informed care, and bereavement services, I walk alongside individuals and families from the time of diagnosis through caregiving, end-of-life, and life after loss. I also support those experiencing other forms of grief, including relationship endings, divorce, pregnancy and infant loss, major life transitions, and significant changes that reshape how we move through the world.
My role is to provide a compassionate presence, practical guidance, and heartfelt support as clients navigate their unique journey with dignity, meaning, and hope.

Additional studies include death psychology, grief and addiction, continuing bonds, meaning-making in grief, Compassionate Inquiry-informed approaches, and evidence-based grief support practices.
I believe that grief is not something to "fix," but rather a journey to be supported with care, understanding, and grace. If you or someone you love is moving through a season of loss, you do not have to walk that path alone. I invite you to reach out so we can create space for healing, hope, and meaningful support through life's most tender moments.

Through connection, empathy, and transformative practices, my mission is to create a space where everyone feels supported, valued, and equipped to heal and grow together. By fostering open lines of communication around life, death, and beyond, I aim to provide a safe, compassionate environment where difficult conversations are encouraged, and the journey of loss can be navigated with understanding and peace.
